Sheana Ditri (she/her/hers) is your calm in the midst of a storm. Sheana is a client-centered therapist who is committed to seeing clients through their darkest times and bringing them to a place of hope. She helps clients recognize their inner resources and resiliency to access the relationships and life they strive to create. Sheana has extensive experience working with victims of traumatic events as well as professionals in healthcare settings.

Sheana holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Curry College, a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University, and a post-graduate certificate in Professional Counseling. Sheana is a Licensed Associate Counselor and member of the American Counseling Association. She has been a featured panelist at many events.

Sheana is certified in Individual, Peer, Group Crisis, USA Veteran Mental Health Intervention, is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Sand Play Therapist.

Sheana is currently accepting new clients ages 10 and up.

Caroline (she/her/hers) believes that everyone deserves a safe, nurturing, therapeutic space to work through life’s challenges. She is a Licensed Associate/Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals who wish to overcome hardships and make meaningful progress. Caroline strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and contemplative environment for clients to explore and heal. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling to manage the stress of daily life and those experiencing challenges stemming from trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and life transitions. She has specialized training in Sandplay and EMDR therapies.  

Caroline utilizes an integrative, evidence-based, and individualized approach to treatment and incorporates Sandplay Therapy and EMDR in sessions to help her clients achieve insight and find relief from trauma memories. She also believes that all clients bring their own unique and essential skills to the therapeutic process. 

Caroline works with clients to support the processing of and healing from past suffering, to identify restorative coping strategies, and to achieve personal expansion. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and feels privileged to be a part of their journeys toward self-discovery.
