The cost of mental health and emotional well-being is priceless. We are an out-of-network provider, which affords the flexibility of meeting the unique needs of our clients without restrictions. See below for further details.

Clinical Services/ executive coaching:

• Phone Consultations/Phone Calls: $50/15 Min.

• Executive Coaching Session: $250 (w/Dr. Tara only)

• Initial Evaluation: $250 (*$50 Deposit Required)

  • w/Dr. Tara: $300

• Individual Therapy Session: $200

  • w/Dr. Tara: $250

• Couples Counseling: $250 per session

  • w/Dr. Tara: $300

• Family Therapy: $250 per session

  • w/Dr. Tara: $300

• Litigation/Court Appearances: *Varies 

• Letters/Written Reports for Court Proceedings:

  $150 & up

Healing Arts:

• Angel Card Readings: $150   (Dr. Tara only)

• Reiki: $100 & up (Dr. Tara only)

Payment: Cash, Venmo (@Tara-Chalakani), checks, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Peaceful Minds is an out-of network provider. This means that payment in full is due at time of service. A fully coded receipt will be provided if you wish to submit to insurance carrier for reimbursement/application toward deductible. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

cancellation policy

 A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
